How to use our New Membership System
We are very excited that we are now able to make the registration process much easier for you all.
From the Membership section on our website, you can see all of the membership options on offer. Hopefully there is something for everyone.
You will see a tab in the drop down menu that says 'Sign Up Here'. This will take you to our online membership system which lists all of our membership options and any weekly sessions that are coming up that week.
If you or your child is not yet a member, please select your preferred membership option and create an account on the system when prompted.
You will notice that the language that the system uses is set up to support parent/carer and child transactions. We want to make the process as family friendly as possible, but don't worry if you are only interested in registering yourself, and you are not a parent, the system will still work for you.
When creating your account, complete the profile as if you are the parent. When it asks you to 'Add a Child' please just complete the registration process for that item as if you are the child; inserting your own name, gender and date of birth.
Once you have selected the membership or session you require, please follow the payment instructions provided. Once you have paid, this will alert the club, and send you an immediate confirmation of your registration.
If the option you have selected requires you to be sent further information, our EBVC Club administrator will ensure you receive this within 5 days of registration.
